Great place to stay with our toddler for his holiday abroad

The small heated pool ment that we could swim with our toddler at the end of September when the temperatures were a little lower outside. Very convenient underground parking. Handy and reasonable priced onsite bar and restaurant which we used a few times. Great little onsite park. Close to the little beaches and bays.

The guy with the leaf blower tidying the pine needles at lunch time whilst we wanted to eat lunch on the garden terrace (too noisy!) There were other guys using rakes so why the leaf blower?!

Peaceful aparthotel resort

A beautiful resort nestled in a quiet part of town, with warm pools and friendly staff.

We stayed there at the end of the season (late September), and the variety of dinner options was limited.

Big property, very green, nice pools, on site restaurant, convenient underground parking, friendly staff, perfect for families.

clean, comfortable, secure apartments, super friendly, smiling helpful staff at reception, entry with key cards. beds comfortable, on the slightly firm side quiet - didn't hear any street noise Nearby beaches walking distance and gorgeous to swim in no issues with bugs/insects (Sep 2024) impeccable cleaning around the property

occasionally heard some minimal noise transfer from neighboring room but didn't impact sleep at all (saying a lot for a light sleeper!)

Wonderful

The hotel is family-oriented, the hotel staff did a great job to ensure kids are staying entertained during our stay (kids activities and clubs, great pool, etc). There were also some activities for adults during mornings and some entertaining shows in the evenings. Very attentive and polite staff at the reception. Great proximity to the seaside and very good pools at the premises.

Room cleaning staff starts to work a bit early :)

So Beautiful

I've been coming back to Platja D'aro for many years and finally booked Ciutat de Palol and I'm so glad I did. What a wonderful place. Immaculate gardens, beautiful swimming pool, fab apartment with terrace and great location. Staff were extremely friendly too. Friends and family visited for the day and will be booking next year.

Great weeks stay

Pleasant helpful staff, Nice clean rooms, lovely pool area, gardens and spa. Close by some beautiful coves and a short 5 to 10 minute stroll from town. Had a kettle, microwave, washing machine and hair dryer in our room too. Very relaxing enjoyable stay.

Eggs at breakfast could of been a bit hotter but I am being picky there. Really cant find anything else to fault

Perfect vacation in Catalonia

Perfect location, quiet and well organized, 10 minutes walking to main city street with bars and restaurants, and very quiet in the night to sleep. Nice swimming pool, territory is clean and maintained. Close to a few beaches within 5-10 minutes walking

No complaints, excellent place.

Very good. Convenient location, parking, super comfortable and clean room, good restaurant, friendly staff and atmosphere.

Beware this is very children friendly property. For some people it’s a plus, for some not so much. Some soundproofing would do great.

Very Good

The resort was lovely for kids,with the pools, playground, and basketball court. The apartment was clean and comfortable and cleaning staff were very good. Lovely food in the bar that offer take away which was very convenient! Quiet location for kids to sleep. Close to 2 small beaches and a little further to the main beach.

A bit of a walk from town/main beach for small kids. Lots of flies/mosquitoes due to all the plants in the area so pack the repellent if you're prone to bites!

Its very good place if posible we will repeat

We have been twice. Last year the cleaning was perfect. However this year there were some minor problems. Seems the coordination of the room cleanning can be improved. The cleaner didnt even know what was the meaning of the word she had on the schedule table. She needed to ask us, because of the language. We thing the coordinator should have control over the process. The timing was also not good. Last days the cleanning was in the same time we needed to sleep our little child. Anyway, these are juat feedbacks. The rest as already said it was perfect.

The place all together is great. You get pretty much what you expect when you book, great apartments and facilities. Staff is great! I would suggest, allocate families with toddlers just a bit far away from the main road so they don't wake up due to the cars and night noise. All together is a great place for families. Will return
